எதைக் கொண்டு தீர்ப்பு வழங்குவீர் ?

ஒரு முறை நபிகள் நாயகம் (ஸ.அ) தோழர் முஅத்தா (ரலி)Mu`adh அவர்களை ஒரு மாகான தூதுராக(governor of a province) அனுப்பித்தார்கள். அந்த காலத்தில் சட்ட நிபுணர்கள் அங்கு இல்லை .
"எதை வைத்து நியாயம் வழங்குவீர்" என நாயகம் வினவினார்கள்
"குர்ஆன்  வேதத்தை காட்டிய வழியில்" என பதில் தந்தார்கள்
"நீர் தேடும் குறிப்புகள் அதில் காணாமலும் விளங்காமலும் இருந்தால் என்ன செய்வீர்கள்? "
"இறைவனின் (அல்லாஹ்வின்) தூதர் வாழும்  முறையைக்( பாரம்பரியம்) கொண்டு முடிவு செய்வேன்"
"அதிலும் உங்களுக்கு விடை கிடைக்காவிட்டால் ?"
"அறிவைப் பயன்படுத்தி காரண காரியங்களை யோசித்து முடிவெடுப்பேன்"
 (Then I interpret with my reason )என பதில் நவின்றாகள்
அனைத்துப் புகழும் அல்லாஹ்க்கே என சொல்லி முஅத்தா ரலி அவர்களை தூதுராக அனுப்பித்தார்கள்.
('Praise be to God who has favoured the messenger of His Messenger with what His Messenger is willing to approve.'(r))
சரியத் சட்டம் கட்டாய கடமை . அதில் நமக்குப் புலப்படாத காணாதவற்றிற்கு அறிவின் மார்கத்திற்கு முரண்படாமல் கொடுக்கும் குறிப்பிட்ட வரம்புக்குள் கொடுக்கப்படும் தீர்ப்புக்கு பிஃகு  சட்டமாக கருதப்படும் . இதற்கு மார்க்க அறிவு அவசியம் தேவை

After Makkah was liberated, the Quraysh tribe embraced Islam. The Prophet (PBUH) at once saw the need of those new Muslims for teachers to instruct them and teach them the fundamentals of Islam. He (PBUH) appointed Attab ibn Usay as his deputy in Makkah and he asked Muadh ibn Jabal to accompany him and teach people the Qur'an and instruct them.

Not long after Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) returned to Madinah that the messengers of the kings of Yemen came to him announcing that they and their people have embraced Muslims. They asked for a teacher to instruct them and teach them everything about Islam. Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) appointed a group of competent missionaries and made Muadh ibn Jabal their leader. He then asked Muadh this question:

"What will you base your judgement on?"

"According to the Book of God," replied Muadh.

"And if you find nothing therein?"

"According to the Sunnah of the Prophet of God."

"And if you find nothing therein?"

"Then I will exert myself to form on own judgment." The Prophet was pleased with this reply and said:

"Praise be to Allah who has guided the messenger of the Prophet to that which pleases the Prophet."

Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) bade farewell to those missionaries of guidance and light and walked for some distance next to Muadh as he rode out of the city. Finally he said to him:
